Sculptures by the sea

Well this year me and the kiddies went to our first Sculptures exhibition by the sea, which is held at the beaut Cottesloe Beach and is now into it's third season. Over two weeks each year the sculpture mob put at least 50 sculptures onto the beach and let everyone have a stickybeak at them.
Stone the flamin' crows have a gander at this, I'm not to sure what it is, so will just call it the THINGUMMYJIG. Hay kiddies don't touch!.


This one is called ORANGE BALL.... they must of stayed up all night thinking that one out. It was done by a bloke named Murray Dowty, Jack don't touch.

Next is SEA CREATURE now this is what I call cool, I reckon it's real beaut.... what ever you do Jack, Don't touch! (Doh)











Now this sculpture I can come to grips with, it's a bronze pregnant Sheilah laying naked on the beach simply called JESS. Even the kiddies can understand this on.






Also this one is even easier it's called THE BIRD.







The next one is named ROUNDABOUT and was done by a sheilah called Jennifer Cochrane and this one 'WON' for the best sculpture.... yeah right whatever!!
Here's the kiddies on the rocks over-looking the beaut Cottesloe beach on the shores of the Indian Ocean and as you can see the exhibition get's a fair few people to have a squizz at it.
And finally this was 'Notsos' favorite sculpture of the day simply called FISH, now this sort of stuff I can understand, and get's my thumb's up as the best mate. But it was a beaut sunny day out and we all had a top time.... Jacko don't touch!!!
